Term & Conditions

Orders

  • We can not make adjustments to finalized purchases.
  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address.
  • To prevent shipping delays, double check the address listed in your order confirmation email is correct.
  • Astral Athletics is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen packages, during the time of delivery.
  • Under all circumstances UPS/Canada post is responsible for all packages that undergo UPS/Canada post delivery services.
  • We try to assist all customers with missing packages.
  • Claims can take 3 weeks to process. Once UPS/Canada post responds to your claim we will be able to take further actions to resolve the issue.
  • Filing a claim does not guarantee UPS/Canada Post will compensate/reimburse you for your lost/stolen package.

Shipping

  • Orders will be shipped to the shipping address provided.
  • Astral Athletics is not responsible for packages delivered to mistyped or invalid addresses.
  • If a package returns due to a invalid address we will send an email to the customer. Customers will have 72 hours to reply, if the customer fails to respond within 72 hours this will result in order cancellation.
  • Customers will be responsible for additional postage fees for orders that need to be re-shipped due to invalid addresses, etc.
  • Additional shipping fees may be applied if incorrect shipping information was entered. You will have 24 hours to make size or address changes to your order. Contact customer service within this time frame.

Domestic orders/shipping

  • Orders are received approximately within 7 business days after date of the order being placed.
  • Expected delivery dates can vary during holiday season, depending on the volume of mail experienced through the postal service.

International orders/shipping

  • The duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within your designated country not by Astral Athletics.
  • As the customer, you are responsible for import duties, customs and local sales taxes determined by the designated country you reside in.
  • The final value of the order does not include the additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will let you know of the additional duties.
  • Expected international shipping delivery dates can vary depending on the location.
  • Orders are generally received within 7-14 business days after date of the order being placed.
  • Expected international shipping dates can vary during holiday season, depending on the volume of mail experience through the postal service.

Returns/Exchanges

  • Returns and exchanges must have a valid reason. (Ex. Size, Faulty item)
  • We do not offer refunds.
  • Items purchased from Astral Athletics may be returned for store credit. Return requests must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
  • The product must have all the original tags attached and be unworn as well as unwashed. Astral Athletics will not issue refunds on returned items.
  • Returns and exchanges on certain products (Ex. Underwear) must also be unopened and in its original packaging.
  • If a product in your order is out of stock, you will be refunded for the purchase price of that item with taxes included.
  • You are responsible for paying postage fees on any returns/exchanges. If you request an exchange, the Standard Shipping fee on your order will be waived. If the item is defective/faulty, we will issue you a return prepaid label and waive the fee on the return shipping for the new item.
  • Please allow 1-4 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange to be processed depending on the volume of returns.
  • We are not able to accept returns for Astral Athletics products not purchased directly through our website for any reason.
  • All items purchased through our website must be returned or exchanged directly through Astral Athletics.

Discount Codes

  • Discount codes have to be entered at the time of checkout.  
  • We will not be able to apply discount codes or adjust any prices to orders once they are finalized and payment has been accepted.
  • Only one discount code is allowed to be applied per purchase.

Currency exchange/fluctuation rates

  • International exchange rates are implemented.
  • Exchange rates can fluctuate depending on the daily foreign exchange market.

Sales

  • All sale items are final, this include Black Friday, etc.
  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on any sale items.
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale only.
  • Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.

Special Sale Events(Expos, Meet & Greets, etc.)

  • We do not accept any returns or exchanges on special event items. (Ex. Expos, Meet & Greets, etc.)
  • Sale prices and discount codes are only valid during the time of the sale.  
  • Sale prices will not be applied to any orders placed before or after the time of the sale.
