You can return or exchange any unworn, unwashed or defective products. Returns that are made within 30 days of the shipping date will be issued store credit.
Allow 1-3 weeks from the time you mail your return/exchange item to be processed.
To be able to return an item, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It also must be in the original packaging with all the tags attached.
Gift cards are non-refundable.
Sale items are final sale and cannot be refunded.
If you purchased the item as a gift and shipped the item directly to you, you will receive store credit for the value of your return. When we receive the returned item, a gift card will be emailed to you.
If you purchased an item that wasn’t marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged item to reach you, can vary.
If you are shipping an item over $70, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
